Little Bit says "Merry Christmas"

Little Bit enjoyed the Christmas party at aunt Dot's and uncle Elzie's house. He was passed around much of the night, but that didn't seem to bother him. He was dressed up like Santa Claus and everyone said how cute he looked. He enjoyed listening to his great uncle's singing Christmas songs.

big boy bath time!!

Jacob took his first "big boy" bath on December 10 - we were a little nervous because he absolutely hated his sponge baths! He hardly ever screams and cries, but when we would give him a sponge bath, he would let us know that he definitely didn't like that! But, we were pleasantly surprised! He loves his bath time now! Splish Splash, little bit is taking a bath!

This is one of our favorite pictures of our "little bit" - he really is this happy most of the time. He is such a joy!

Here's baby Jacob with his mammaw and pappaw - Jacob is the third grandbaby, but first grandson. Mammaw and Pappaw come to visit a lot, and Jacob loves to see them. They have two big dogs at their house. We made our first trip over there this past week - the dogs sniffed a lot, but Jacob didn't seem bothered by them. Maybe he'll be an animal lover like all his grandparents!

Jacob endured many many pictures over the holiday weekend! We were trying to get some good shots for Chrsitmas cards. Jacob did great overall. He is such a happy baby! Doesn't he just look so cute in that Santa hat? Here he is with his grammy and pa - Jacob is thier first grandbaby and they are just crazy about him!

Happy Turkey Day! This picture is of Jacob on his very first Thanksgiving. His overalls were a huge hit with all his family. It just doesn't get any cuter than this! We had lunch in Shelbyville with Billy's family and then traveled to Cave City to see Jacob's Grammy and Pa. It was also the first time Jacob got to meet his great grandmother, Granny. She was so excited to finally meet him!
