On Sunday, November 19, Jacob made his first trip to church - well he went to Sunday School the week before, but this was his first week in 'big' church. Mommy decided he needed to wear his new little jeans - as you can tell, Jacob still has a little growing to do before they fit just right, but he looked so cute, she just couldn't resist. Little bit is not only sporting his new jeans, but he's also sitting in his favorite toy - his swing! He loves this thing! Sometimes, that's the only way he'll fall asleep at night! Mommy and Daddy love it too!

Baby Jacob turned 4 weeks old when this picture was taken. We're going to take his picture beside this cute little frog each month so we can track his growth. He's making one of his famous "little bit" faces!

Andy-tales holding Little Bit....

Jacob is so blessed to have friends like Andy-tales. Andy-tales stopped by and prayed with Jacob, and his mommy and daddy. Jacob will never find a better friend than Andy. Andy-tales married Jacob's parents, and we are hoping he will marry Jacob and his future wife one of these days....

Little Bit's Friend Will....

Will McDonald stopped by to visit Little Bit on Halloween. Big Will is going to be a great friend to Jacob and will now start coming over to play with Little Bit as well as Little Bit's daddy. Billy and Will have played many games of PS2 together as well as sports. Hopefully Will can teach Little Bit how to hit a baseball some day.

Tummy Time....

In this picture, Baby Jacob is having his tummy time. Once he is on his tummy, he is starting to move his head back and forth, looking all around. We try to have tummy time after his feedings and before his naps, but a lot of times the nap comes first.

Little Bit....

Baby Jacob has a new nickname......his parent's call him Little Bit. As you can tell from this picture, Little Bit is learning to vote early....

I just love having visitors. Here I am with my big cousins, Taylor and Lauren. They are going to be such good babysitters. I am lucky to have them to play with. Then, that's me and my cool "aunt" Rachie. Aunt Rachie and Uncle Leedle come to visit a lot - I love it when they come see us!

Here I am in my little bouncy seat. I love this thing! Sometimes, my mommy and daddy put some music on and it has all these flashy lights that I get to look at. Sometimes they put the vibration on and I just fall right asleep. Here I am with my eyes wide open - and it's not even the middle of the night. Can you believe it?

Happy Halloween from the newest Pumpkin in the Stover family. Halloween was big fun. All our family was here for Trick or Treat. Grammy handed out the candy to all the neighborhood children and everyone else stayed inside where it was warm. Grammy, Pa, Carol, Lindy, Tinker, Aunt Kelly, Pappaw and Mammaw, Amy, Jerry, Lauren and Taylor were all here at some point during the night. Andy and Will McDonald also stopped by for a visit and a special time of prayer for baby Jacob.

This is little Jacob at 11 days old. He loves his little bouncy seat. He's a total sleepy head - this is one of the few pictures we have with his eyes open from his first weeks of life!

This is the beginning of our little pumpkin's life. Jacob was born on October 14th 2006 at 6:33 pm. He was so excited to meet everyone that he came 9 days early!
